Yes, it is possible to still get a necropsy. I assume it is cold there, and the body just should not be frozen, but cool.

I’m so sorry you lost your hen! I too encourage you to send her in for necropsy.

I think it would cost about $25 if I brought her in, if I sent her I might have to pay a little more but thats do able. I just have to convince my parents...

Yes...quail can get Marek's disease too.

Please keep your flock closed until You are able to find out what caused her death and if for some reason you can't find out for her...
then maybe you can save some money for your next death.
