Very sick respiratoray chickens, please advise

Sorry I’m not killing them and that’s that. If they die on their own. They die. But it won’t be because lack of me trying to help them. I’ve raised these babies since day 1 and yes stupidly of me I added some started pullets and ruined everything.

Yes head shaking only on rooster with puffy eye. The rest just casually sneeze.
If by gasping for air you mean mouth breathing yes.
No blood anywhere. Faces or splattering in coop. Or in poop.
Poop is fine.
I can’t smell any fowl odors on breath.
No facial swelling. Combs and wattles all appear fine except for my two RIR roosters combs turned whitish. Chalky looking.
The only hen that is still laying eggs are perfect.
No other chicken has puffy or droopy eye. Just occasional sneezing

I just got home from work and let them out and they are all acting fine and normal other than a sneeze every so often and crusty beaks. And the one puffy eye roo is opening his eye a little more. Still shaking his head. Both roo combs are still chalky. But they are otherwise highly active. Just sneezing a lot

Been out here hanging with them for a while. Lots of sneezing and sounding like flem I’m their throats. But otherwise all acting normal. What can I give them. Anyone. I really need to start a med but I don’t know which one

My birds are free range all the time and yes they have gotten sick when I bring in a new bird(s) just like my kids get sick when they are around new kids or attend a new school or daycare. Its natural but they eat all kinds of weeds, grass and even tree leaves and they get over it. Some have died but most pull through. In my opinion and from what I've seen and read about healthy disease resistant flocks is that you have to let this stuff work itself out. If they are In a pen with no way to graze they will probably take longer to recover. But if you end up with a bunch of birds that recovered from whatever they have well then great. You will be eating eggs from birds with stronger immune systems. But if you want to reduce the stress on the flock from getting sick each time you bring in new birds, then replenish your flock with chicks rather than adults. I let a few hens go broody and either let them hatch eggs (theirs or not) or buy day old chicks to let them raise. You'll want to let the chicks be around all the flock's filth and drink and eat from the same waters and feeders. They build immune systems to fight what they will be exposed to within a few days of being born so a week or older won't do. Baby chicks are what you want. But my point is I stopped freaking out each time my chickens get sick and now each time I bring in new birds, less and less of my flock is affected. I bought about 5 birds a few weeks ago that were clearly sick and NONE of my flock has shown symptoms. And by free ranging all the new birds have started to recover quickly. One hen was gasping every 5 seconds a few days ago. Now she is chasing off hens that are bigger than her when I bring them treats. Do some research about disease resistant flocks and you'll find a bunch of flock owners who are alot less stressed than the "kill your whole flock as soon as one sneezes " owners. The other option is give them a bunch of antibiotics, vaccines and medicines and in turn eat that your self via their eggs. And make sure they NEVER come into contact with any other birds especially wild ones or people who may have something on their shoes. Oh the horror of strangers' shoes! Ahhh! I've literally been to places where I'm told to step into a pan with who knows what disinfectant and I'm looking at them like...."really " But hey that's just my way. Good luck.

When reading this thread, recent comments make me wish there was an “unlike” button. Certainly not any from the OP. Good to see others put heart into the birds they’re responsible for/ that rely on them. OP, you sound wonderful. I am really hoping for a happy ending here. And it’s certainly not out of the realm of reality. I’m wishing for a speedy recovery. And an unlike button for compassion lacking comments that cross the borderline of rude and seem to be wanting to start up crap. Again. Some people need to find positive ways to occupy their time....

To that end, let’s hope the only negative variable is negative test results next week. Stick to your guns! I would too.

To be clear- I’m not speaking of any posts on page 3

if you click like on a post you have liked, it clears the like i believe. just remember we don't all agree on everything. just try to pass on something you do not agree with as there are more ways to deal with things than opinions and you as flock master have to make said decisions on what you want to try and what your going to leave for a back up plan. and you have the right to use or not and advice based on your flocks. You know it's bad when ya ended up arguing with yourself though lol. you do what you think is best for the flock in your heart.
You've done a good thing though and will be here to support you through what comes, your doing things and have appointment, did the vet your taking one to seem to have any ideas ?

Thanks for responding to my questions. It sounds like Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG.)
Purchase Tylan 50 injectable. Dosage is orally, 0.2ml per pound 3 times a day for 5 days.
