very sick white leghorn

Our almost 2yo girl princess is in UC Davis she has an undevel. egg in her ab. What are the chioces that we have. the Vet. drew a sample from her and it was an egg. now she may have another on the way hopefully it won't make things worse. Also she has black and white stools . I know the white is Urine but is black something Bad. Vet says it's maybe blood. I've seen other chickens with the same stools
