In the US it's sold at places like petsmart and petco. Your best chance of finding it would be at a place that sells caged birds.

I have nothing that looks like that. Only plastic tubes, syringes, everything necessary for an
IV. She's so tiny I'm afraid I'll choke her if I try

I'll take a picture, just a sec, sorry this is all new to me I think I'm re adding messages ect. I called the pet store, they only have fruit based baby feed. Would that work?

The pet store doesn't have it, I'd have to check with the vet clinic in the next largest town.
