Very sticky newborn

Today one of our chicks struggled to get out if his egg. We had to pull the egg from around him to free him. I have attached a picture to see what your thoughts are as to why it happened and what to do next with her.

Is there water in the incubator? If there is no humidity the egg could have dried around the chick. I just experienced this when a chick hatched 3 weeks ago. To get the stickiness away I washed the chick in warm water and dried it with a warm towel and put it in an isolated brooder.

She seems to be a bit stronger today but have dabbed her down a little. We have also put her in a separate brooder but now chirping like mad.
