I'm sorry! Believe me she will get over it! Give her her favorite treats and a little attention, and think seriously about getting her a boyfriend. I think you would have fun with a duck family. They are more quacky bossy than aggressive!

Sure they could have babies. Not sure how well Pekins are at hatching their own eggs though. I know Runners are terrible at it. You might have to get an incubator (oh darn!).

The best ratio for ducks is 3 girls to one boy. 2 girls to one boy isn't bad, but 1 to 1...that will be one exhausted girl.

Yes, pekins arn't known to set, but the eggs will be fertile.

So you would have to get an incubator!
