Very thin young chicken, green runny poop

If she eating fine and not putting weight I will look for worms as the first reason for skinny chickens and green watery poop ..
It seems she won’t eat anymore chicken food. Just small things out of the dirt and she will eat yogurt or grapes. Right now she is only allowed dry feed. But not touching it.

Is her crop still doughy in the mornings?
Have you been working on that?

When I gave her the epsom salt soak yesterday, her crop was much smaller and extremely soft. I don’t think that’s the problem. ...but what do I know? She still isn’t eating much, just a few nibbles unless it’s Something very yummy. ...like a grape. She is standing and very alert, she slept on her roost , aNd was still there in the morning when I put her back into the crate. Still runny wet
poo. Dirty vent. I’m thinking egg problem? I’m researching that now....

No...it had some food in it. When she woke up this morning. Smaller, but Soft Doughy again. Under her roost was wet, but I didn’t see poo. Today she hasn’t pooped very much but what I saw wasn’t splat...it was a little firmer , Rey small , flat, dark...but it could have dried out. .She is drinking. She nibbles on a tiny bit of dry feed.
I massaged her crop, tipped her over, rubbed the crop more, tipped her over....nothing came up. She is still walking around, Veey alert, very curious.

Update. I think this is good news ...?
I found this under Dixie’s roost this morning.
I think it was stuck. She has laid eggs like this on and off all summer. I feed organic layer feed & offer crushed shell and grit.
Any advice ???

I would still continue to work on that crop. I would start by giving her 1tsp of coconut oil, then massage really well. See if she will eat some wet feed and make poultry grit (crushed granite) available free choice.

It good that she passed that egg! Those can be very difficult to lay and they don't feel very well during that time.
Even though layer feed and oyster shell should provide her with enough calcium, sometime they don't absorb what they need or they could possibly have a defective shell gland, etc. If she were mine, I would give her a direct dose of poultry vitamins for 3 days in a row (Poultry Cell, Poultry Nutri-Drench or similar) and give her 1/2 tablet of Caltrate for a week. See if that makes a difference.
