Very, very small egg

I have 3 chickens, which have been laying normally for 4-5 years. Two restarted laying 3 weeks ago after the winter break. Their eggs are medium size, as shown in the middle of the picture below, next to a commercial Large egg on the right.
This morning, the third chicken laid her first egg of the year - the very, very small egg on the left. The coop has been closed since yesterday morning, so it is not possible that some other bird went in and laid the egg.
Is this a sign of a problem?

It isn't an issue unless it happens very frequently (every day ish).

It is called a fairy egg or a fart egg. They usually don't have yolks in them, but I did have one that did have a tiny yolk. Others have had bits of reproductive tract shed in the center and the hen's body just made an egg around it.
