Very weird...Hen? or Roo? confused

Ok, bad pics...
Um, bird is supposed to be 7mos old.
Neck ruffles and a few shiny feathers ... pretty bland colors, almost no comb, and no spurs??
Supposed to be an americana or EE.
I'm guessing Roo, but the lack of noise and spurs confuses me.

Ha, I was looking at those pictures, thinking, how the heck did that chicken get photographed inside a 55-gallon drum, because that's what the background looked like to me! I knew the curves are too wide to really be a drum, but that was my first thought.

Don't worry my house is messy too.

He sure looks like a roo with those pointy hackle feathers.

Yes, he is rather pretty... Better when he finishes growing I bet.
Because I believe DUSTIN is correct...he's alot younger than I was led to believe.
Wish me luck in finding him a 'good' home!
