Very worried, duck is limping with labored breathing. Need advise asap.

Egg binding is pretty serious and in many cases, a trip to the vet is the best thing to do. I can't take mine to the vet, so when mine do this I bring them inside, give fluids and calcium, place in a warm, humid room (bathroom filled with steam) and hope the fluids and the calcium do the trick.

Note that the calcium must be given orally or by injection, not in water. The calcium dose I use is about 50 mg per pound twice a day.

Can Tums be given for calcium or does that have enough in it?
Good question. Tums could work if there's nothing else, but the pills are big and kind of awkward to give due to their size.

This is what I have here:

Sold at Tractor Supply in the cattle section. Dose is 0.2 ml per pound twice a day. This is what I use in emergencies.

These can also be used.

This is Kitty's mom. We're setting up the bathroom right now, a water pipe broke in a back field, so we're about an hour away from having water again, but we're moving her asap and I'll get it warm asap. I have given her a small nebulizer treatment (xopenex) and her breathing has improved a bit, but not as much as I'd hoped. She’s got energy when needed, but she is lethargic.

You could try placing her on a heating pad set to low.
