VERY WORRYING

Hasn't moved for 2 hours no noise no reaction to whitles and other chicks and chickens its almsot hatched i am afraid it might have died please soemone who knows better infrom me

I would take the egg out and carefully try to remove the wider end of the shell where the air cell was. Use tweezers and pick off small pieces of shell at a time. Stop if you see any fresh blood.

I can't my hand shakes way too much for that its 1 am i am super tired so

Well it has made it to the zipping stage which is the last stage of hatching. Once they get to this stage they don' n take very long and two hours is a long time for no activity at this point. The membranes may be drying out and it could be stuck or exhausted and could die in there. Its a personal choice but I would assist that chick out of there if you don't want to risk losing it. It could already be too late unfortunately.

I tried whistling and everything no motion its not moving at all and air is entering the egg theres a giant hole all around but it can't get out its been hatcing 6 hours

Is there blood in your incubator? The right side of that egg looks odd colored..

Yes that is the final stage of hatching where they just have to push the two sides of the shell apart to come out. It has already done the hardest work at this point so it is unusual for a chick to make it this far and not come out, but it can happen. You might be able to just hold it and push up the top of the shell like a lid (the top being the wider part) because the blood vessels should be almost fully dried up by now.

there isnt but the egg is dead no motion no sound no reaction to other birds its a 100% dead thats a bummer

Im very sorry hatching is very hard and some chicks just aren't strong enough to handle the stress of hatching. Maybe this is a sign, go out and buy feed and supplies next time you get a chance, THEN hatch silkie chicks! then you'll have everything ready and no stress for you!
