I recently used Baytril to treat a somewhat related kind of Mycoplasma and it took care of some of my chickens' big problems. I used it for about 8 days & then another three shortly after. I gave the chickens a little break & am now giving them a Tetracycline med for their remaining problems.
Some other types of tetracycline meds you might try would include:
Chlortetracyline: Aureomycin, Lederle, etc -- These seem like the best ones to try for MS
Tetracycline Hydrochloride: Duramycin soluble powder or injectible, etc
Oxytetracycline: Terramycin, Liquamycin LA-50 or LA-200, Biomycin, Oxytet, etc
I would try a tetracycline before something else.
Lincomycin & erythromycin (Gallimycin, etc) are both macrolide meds, like Tylan tylosin is, so I probably would not try those since you've already used Tylan.
I'll be glad if the MS info from before turns out to be helpful.
Best wishes!
