Disclaimer I’m no expert but
I find looking at the edge where dark and bright sides meet makes it easier to see if there are veins or movement if looking for a while, more than facing either of the sides. Just based on half dark/half light that looks like they are developing and I would keep them unless they smell bad.

Too hot of an incubator/hot spots kill too.
Do you have calibrated thermometers in your bator?

Those eggs do not look like they are on day 14.

Possibly? Generally when you start an incubation everything has to be sanitary. And every time the eggs are handled you should be washing your hands thoroughly before touching them.

Some times the hens that laid the egg don't have sufficient bloom coating on the egg, making them vulnerable. This could be related to there overall health or gathering egg while there medicated.
