I was wondering if anyone has ever used vicks if suspected one of you birds was having trouble breathing?

I would say NO!!! I know that Vicks vaporub is considered 'toxic' to humans. They now do not recommend for children incase the child want's to taste it since it smells good. I believe it's the camphor that is now considered dangerous.

That said...I would assume that it would have the same effect on animals.

thanks just wondering theres a gal on here with new baby goose that has a cold she thinks having trouble breathing didn't know if vicks might help it some.
