Video how to assimilate your new chickens (pullets) into your old flock

This video is great. Thank you!! I am trying to add 3 smaller chickens and the bigger ones are so MEAN!! I set up places for them to hide away so they cant get pecked all the time. It has only been a few days. I am hoping things will get better. Wish me luck...LOL
