Video making

I just recently joined Vimeo.

I wanted to make some cool videos to post on it, but....... I don't know of any good video editors to use. Anybody know of any ONLINE video editors? I would like the website to allow me to put music in the background, maybe slide show, text to come on the screen (like youtube lyrics), upload my own videos to edit, etc.



Oh and, it has to be free.

I would appreciate any links that include what I want! Thanks.

What Kind Of video? Action? Music? Scary Chicken?

Windows Movie Maker has A Feature where If you Take a Video With a Cam Corder and Upload it, It will play back You Moving Video for you.

Ps. I think that was bumping

All the free stuff seems to be junk... The high end Adobe Premiere http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere.html has a free trial option (or did) that gives you 100% use but only for 30 days. More if you save the file for use on other pc's.

Windows Movie Maker would work for that and it's free. Just download it unless your computer already has it. You can do text on video, slides, fading in and out and other effects. And just save the videos as a movie file (WMV) and then you should be able to load it to any site that allows video.
