Does anyone know of a video out there on how to butcher a turkey? I have butchered turkeys before and it is not easy, so I was looking for something that I could watch that may make the job a little less of a struggle.
There is a video on You Tube called "Survival Skills with Russ - How to butcher a chicken" and that is great. But a turkey is so large it is a little tough to manage getting it dressed without getting a workout.
I have Beltsville and Midget Whites, I was supposed to do the deed before Thanksgiving but have had too much going on, so I only butchered enough for Thanksgiving dinner.
