Stonefrost just crowed! Twice!
It sounds like he's being strangled but oh well 
he flaps his wings while he's crowing, usually my roosters flap before they crow.

Hey guys! The new website is so weird.
While we were gone I found a duck egg in the middle of the lawn, no nest, just sitting in the middle of no where, and I've never seen a duck where I found it.
I'm pretty sure it's a duck egg, it's not from my chickens and it looks like a duck egg I've seen before.
So I started incubating it, and it is growing! Duck eggs take 28 days to hatch and it will hatch July 5.
Spice is broody, I might let her raise it.

Yes, all of them have Cochin in them but I think only one is full Cochin. They could be 3/4 Cochin 1/4 brahma or half Cochin half brahma. Bantams. There's only two that aren't super freindly. And I only got 3 cockerels out of 10 chicks!Awww... So cute!
There are five younger chicks (of which 3 are marshmallows) I have that aren't old enough for me to tell yet
