Virginia Beach, VA - Backyard Chickens?

We went before city council again in March just to make sure they know we're still here. We had 56 people in green "Legalize Backyard Hens" shirts, and our reception was generally positive. We even made it into the local paper. Progress is being made. They have asked us to wait until they finish with the budget before they take up this issue, so we expect to be on the agenda by May.
