we are gonna try to be there a little early so we can set up and still walk around to see what everyone is selling. i think there will be some good quality birds there but they sell fast.

Yeah I am going to get there even earlier as we are going to have a ton of sellers and they will need help getting set up.

has anyone ever entered their chickens in the fair?? how is it done? where do I need to go to find out more info.? I joined the American Poultry Breeders Assoc. Wednesday also..

It was a good show. The buyers were a little slow in coming to this swap but the sellers sure were out in full swing. We totaled 21 sellers today and could have had more but a few could not make it due to personal issues and we understand. Lot's of birds and every seller there had good quality birds for sure! Another swap will be in Cumberland on July 24th so hope to see you at that one.

ECC is having another poultry swap on the 24th of this month at Cumberland Farm Equipment. The last swap was very nice with 20 sellers showing up to sell. Buyers were a bit slower this swap but due to the heavy heat that was not a surprise. Great people at our swaps with nice healthy birds. Thanks to all that have participated in past swaps and hope to see some of the others on this site at the next swap!
