Hey all! New member here from Augusta County. I've had my girls for about a year now and love them so much we are going to double our flock to 10 and build a new coop. Anyone else tired of seeing chicken prints in the snow come out of the run a few feet and turn around? Here's to Spring!!

@OverEasyAcres....Welcome to BYC! I grew up in Augusta County, Stuarts Draft to be exact. It's nice to meet someone from my "home" county.

Yeah, I know where Augusta county is!!, I'm about 2 hours from you. And my chickens (especially my Brahmas) like the snow, so little fuzz butt footprints everywhere!

@ Animal Sandman...Cool, I'm familiar with Lyndhurst too; had a lot of friends there. I left "The Draft" back in 98' to join the Army; been in North Carolina ever since.

Just had to share some pics I got tonight of my little friendly buff. Really hoping for a female. :)
He/she is an absolute cuddlebug once I get her away from the brooder and her buddies. This one is the only one out of all 24 that willingly runs to my hand and hops up into it everytime I put it in the brooder. She loves her scritches :)
