My husband raises cattle. When they cut the bulls, they freeze the testicles. Local organizations then purchase the frozen mountain oysters to use in various calf fry fundraisers and for personal consumption. They actually taste pretty good. My daughter calls them cookies.

That is what she thinks they look like. Of course she is only four. She knows what they are and loves to eat them. It was one of the first meats we could get her to eat.
