Visiting ILL

Hey, my hubby and I will be visiting chicago next week and staying most of the time in Joliet. I have been researching things for me to do as hubby will be in training during the day. I haven't come up with much except the greenhouse conservatory. I will have a car so can travel around even out of joliet.

Anyone have any great tips or cool things to see? We will also be staying a couple of night in downtown chicago.

One of my favorite things to do is have a drink at the bar on top of the John Hancock building. Just one, though, because they are at least $10 each. It is so high up and you can see all of the city. And I swear you can feel the building swaying a little bit

Go to the musuems, the historical and planets and the sea world. Its great! And if you like opera, the opera house is pretty good.
