Vitamin b deficiency or Mareks

Took her out to some dry soil so she could have a dust bath

She feels a lot heavier now but still not near as heavy as the others.
She sits on a roost with her food and water in a basket beside her for most of the day. At least she seems happy. :)

I got some apple cider vinegar and put some in their water, hopefully that helps too

We have a hen with the same issue. She was very immobile in the beginning but over the last 3 1/2 months, she has become very active and moves without a problem. She hobbles to get around and uses her wings for balance, but she is less dependent on us to get her places. We pick her up on the roost each night and take her down each morning. At night we find her back in the raised coop and as we walk in she hobbles over to us so she can get picked up. There are some mornings she runs right out their opening to get to the scratch we put out. It was sad to see it happen to her back in September, but she seems to be very content and happy out there. She gets to her food and water without a problem and even finds time to peck any of the other girls who get close! She hasn't lost her spot in the pecking order. We even lowered the nesting boxes to about a foot off the ground and she gets back to the coop during the day and in the box to lay. As long as you pay attention to her and make different daily tasks of her easy, she'll be very happy.

It’s been very cold this past few days, I was worried about her feet getting too cold..
She’s still slowly gaining her weight back and she seems a tad bit more active every day.

Took her out around the field today and watched her moving around with the others for awhile.

Her walking distance seems to have improved, still walks the same way as she does in this video though

She’s slowly gaining weight but the others are still twice, maybe even three times heavier than her.
I’ve been standing out with her with a torch for half an hour after I close them in for the night just so she gets a bit extra food and water.
Her comb is turning red now so that’s a good sighn.

As long as she is getting a balanced chicken feed, she should not need extra B vitamins, but I would give the B complex a couple of times a week, or a food rich in B’s, such as chopped beef liver occasionally just to insure that she is getting enough. If she starts showing worsening symptoms, just start it again.
