I caught her trying to scratch around a bit. she seems a lot more active around the others.

She looks quite content!
Being with the others I think will encourage her to be a bit more active. Even if her mobility is restricted, I do believe she will do much better now, instead of being on her own.

She walked all the way back up to the coop with the others and jumped 3 foot up the ladder into the coop with her friend

I’m going to keep her in the dog kennel though cause im afraid of her falling off the roosts in the big coop.

I saw her out having a dust bath today

But one of the other hens started picking on her really badly so I had to separate her....

I also checked on her toes and she’s able to move them again, so she is improving
Still walks the same though.

Try separating the other hen for a few days. Bullies sometimes can have their pecking order reduced if they are removed for a week or so. Then again, they may have been trying to readjust the pecking order. I would try her out with the group again minus the bully.

made her a little pen so the others could look but not touch
She has no problem getting up on to things

Everyone had a good laugh at the little pen I made for her

See the size difference between these two though...
Shes always has been smaller than the others.
