hey, so I’ve had these two khaki ducklings who are both about 6 weeks old now, and I’m a little stumped on their genders... I’ve read about sexing them based off their beans, and according to that, they are both males, and I’m not so sure about how to tell their genders based off their voice... I’m willing to send pictures and (if I can figure the website out because I’m pretty knew to it) hopefully a video... one of mine is pretty quiet though, so it’s very hard to tell by just the voice. Thanks in advance!

My female was insanely loud and had that classic quack that you expect from a duck. My drake had the more raspy and quiet voice if that helps any!

Welcome to BYC. It's a bit early for voice sexing, but their are on line videos that show the difference between drake and duck voices. I'm assuming you were talking about 'beak' color not 'beans' ?
I’ve read multiple places that you can sex khakis by the difference between the tip of their bill(bean) and the rest of their beak, but I’m not entirely sure it’s accurate, because it says that KCs with different beak and bean colors are males... but mine more or less quack, so I’m a little confused.

And I’ve read many other people say that you can most definitely tell the difference at 6 weeks in their voices....

I haven’t found the bean to be reliable but if they have their feathers above their tails that will tell you. The boys will have solid dark feathers and the girls will have two-toned lighter ones. This has workered on all of mine.
