Vomit clear liquid

My Buff orpington hen died the other day, and I was wondering what I should do to help prevent this ! She was very listless, standing away from the other hens. She was vomiting clear thick water. I went over to pick her up she end up having a siezure and died!. Any Idea what this might be? thank you.

i lost a red star hen two weeks ago.a week prior to that she also had clear liquid running out of her mouth.she died of internal egg laying.

So possiblity having trouble laying eggs? Have any idea how to prevent this?
