The first post has been updated to include who is bringing what....foodwise....And I have a post regarding what is being brought for the Chinese Auction....page 2, post 17....BUT there is no updated of what people are bringing for sale.

If you can give me until Late Sunday Night I will read the whole thread (it isn't THAT long) and Put a post regarding what people are bringing to swap and sell.

OK, everyone, start posting what you decided to bring for swap/sale so I can get this list going. Please put an approximate price with your items, if you have one, so we all know how much money to bring. Only 13 Days til we all meet.

Thanks - I actually just grabbed a notebook to try to start getting a list together. You sure you got it? PM me if you want me to help out with the list. Coop-in is today and tomorrow. Getting ready to leave to get to the fair. We should have around 800 birds entered. LOTS of waterfowl. Put up two pens outside for a goose family and maybe some Sebastopols. Eye candy.

I got it Annie...you are gonna be toooo busy with the fair and I am gonna sit here and watch TV....I'll do it during commercials.

When I get it together (late tonight) maybe you could add it to your first post, like you put the location of the Auction items....to save people time who are looking for specific information?

Cass-great idea! You want to PM me with the info and I can copy & paste it to page one? That is a great help. My 12 yo DD is thinking of many slow cooker foods and trying to round up many cookers. I am thinking pulled pork & rolls, baked ziti, chili, maybe even hot dogs kept warm in one for kids (or grown-ups) to munch on. I do have a grill if necessary. Also, I may be able to get some chafing dishes if we need them.

Still thinking about bringing up two LF lav/split lav ameraucana pairs, possibly a trio of LF white ams (I am still on the fence about them) a few LF wheaten/blue wheaten am chicks (depends on what hatches in 2 days, under a broody
big_smile.png
), and a free bantam lavender ameraucana roo (he has no ladies here). I also have a 2 yr old khaki campbell duck. Her gal pal just died the other day and she is soooo lonely. She's a faithful layer. I will post pics later this week. PM me if interested, I'm only bringing what is spoken for.

*I will also have 1 dozen Modern Game hatching eggs. I'm not sure the price on these yet. let me know if you're interested... If no takers on these, I guess they were meant to go in my bator.

(I copy and pasted...so the lack of caps is my mistake, not hers)

3 straight run French Black Copper Maran chics hatched on 8/11 - $5/ea
1 lav/split orpington cockerel - $7

Happyhensny (the hostess) is offering for sale:

Chanteclers for sale are 5 pullets and 8 cockerals. Pairs are $20, Cockerals are $5.

Also have "random" layers for sale $10 each. Aged around 1 1/2 yrs old.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please contact the person bringing the item if you are interested because no one wants to bring birds and have to take them home again. I know Chicken Stalker and Muggsmagee have stated they are bringing only things that people PM interest in....I'm sure In His Service feels the same.

At this time the jewlery is going to be on display on spec, so no name is posted regarding those items.

As I get more people deciding that they want to bring for sale I will update this posting. I usually check this thread 3 - 5 times a day.

Please bring your own boxes or cage for any birds you might buy and cooler for any eggs you might find following you home.

Yes, Annie is going to post the location of the "list" on Page 1 when she gets home tonight. I PM'd her the info after I got done with the post.

PS, you never answered if you have honey for sale. I need some for this winter and HATE the store bought stuff.

how much honey would you like?

It depends upon how many people want to try the honey dips, but as a guess, maybe a pint for the campfire, and a pint to take home. Let me know how much...
