I bought 3 unsexed Vorwerk chicks in June and they are now 11-12 weeks old. I am unsure as to whether I have cockerels or pullets? They have female feathering but otherwise I am not sure whether they could still turn out to be cockerels? Can anyone help me out in finding out their genders?

None of the Vorwerk's are really displaying any sort of male behaviours, please let me know what you think.

Hi i was wondering, where did you get your Vorwerks?
No longer have the vorwerk pullets. After having them for some time, they weren't the chicken breed for me. Depending on where you are located I bought them from Grandchester hatchery in QLD Australia. However, I would not recommend this hatchery.

It’s hugely difficult with Vorwerk. We’ve raised both male and female and didn’t know for ages what sex they were. In general the males behave more daring and active and eventually their tail begins to become more upright. But with chickens sometimes the tail can be up and sometimes down so it’s hard to know. I can only advise that you keep a close eye on them and look for one ( or two) who begin to display different behaviour or tail characteristics. Watch the whole chicken not just parts of it and compare all 3 closely. Having 3 you could have 2 males or 2 females and are unlikely to have 3 of the same sex so sooner or later you will see a difference.
Sorry I can’t be more helpful. It’s a guessing game at the moment. I know how frustrating it is as I was the same. Ours didn’t even grow spurs until it was about 18 months old.
These pics are our male at 2.5 weeks, 4.5 weeks and almost 8 weeks. I do have a short video at 12 weeks but can’t seem to attach it. Only 6 seconds but will try again
