Vote on what breed I should get!

So this might not actually end up happening, depending on what parents decide, but in one of my 2 possible plans, I am getting some chicks and I don't know what breeds I should get. One of them will be a white leghorn, but there are two more chick slots that need to be filled.
Options are:
-Cream Legbar
-Red Sex Link
-Barred Rock
-Delaware
-Speckled Sussex
-Olive Egger
-Silver Spangled Hamburg
-Golden Laced Wyandotte
-Silver Laced Wyandotte
-Black Australorp
This will be going into a flock of:
-Cochin
-Silkie
-Silkie
-Easter Egger
-Black Copper Marans
I enjoy having varied egg colors, so any egg color. I get hot summers and cold winters. I'm not looking for broody hens but don't mind breaking them, and for the parent's sake, high egg production would be great. These birds will have some free range time but not infinite time, so I'd need breeds that can adjust to being confined and I don't need any super good foragers. I'm mostly open on traits like egg color, foraging, and broodiness, as I don't mind variation.

What do you care about most? Disposition? A friendly chicken? Do you want a broody hen to hatch eggs? Do you live in a hot, cold, or moderate climate? Egg color? Egg production?

By 'forage type' breeds, do you mean breeds that are good foragers, or if they have infinite space to forage?

I love the idea of phoenixes but I am worried that I would not be able to give them enough space and take proper care of their magnificent tails. I also am ordering from MyPetChicken because of their low minimums (minimum of 3 chicks for me, which is great) close location to me, and the good experiences my friends have had with them. MyPetChicken doesn't carry phoenixes. I'd love to see your pictures though! I'd like to have phoenixes when I have enough space for them and can afford to order larger quantities of birds and unsexed chicks.
