I don't think it has to do with anything like that...I was just a little surprised, that's all.

I think the Barbara thread should win because though I haven't visited it in a while, I remember really enjoying reading it and it's awesome!

I just recently started posting on The heritage breeders thread and I am really enjoying it. The folks there are real chicken breeders and purest, with the goal of perserving their selected breeds. All of the talkis geared towards inteligent topics of true intrest to all. I felt it was a like a breath of fresh air conversing with these folks. No talk of cute, or ohh I love this and that, and no talk of house chickens with aprons and touchy feely girly stuff, just real folks talking about real breeding and real topics.
Once again Great thread I am proud to contribute to it.
