Votes— pull or roo?

Wondering what your thoughts are for the bird on the left?

they are 3 months old now. The comb and waddles are much more developed and redder than the one on the right, but I just think it should be more obviously a roo by now (maybe it’s obs to you??)

they are F2 Olive Eggers (maran roo crossed over an olive egger).

Thanks all.
We've had quite a few roosters now, but they all were quite a bit more developed than this guy by this point. I've been suspicious of him for awhile, but kept expecting more change. Good to know!
 
Well, this “cockrel” laid its first egg three days ago! I couldn’t figure out who laid, until I found her on the nest this AM.

Just 4 months old... so many she has some sort of hormonal imbalance to have matured so quickly?
