W-dott and tail shape

I know I went through this yesterday , but Im still perplexed.
two white w dotts with distinctly different tail shapes, behaviors.
I think its wierd. Is one of these a boy?

Bird two : smaller animal, sloped tail:

If these are 10 weeks old too like your other birds I'd say they're both roos. Just too much red in the comb and wattles.

They are red and look like roosters

#1 always looked like a rooster to me.
#2 has had me leaning pullet in behavior and because I guess Im so convinced #1 is roo and the body shape difference seems so obvious. just how much variation is feathering profile of this sort should be expected. Bird 2 just has a tail that stops.

Are you sure those are wyandottes and not rhode island whites?
