I've a dozen going on 3rd week Chicks, In 100 gal water Trough. INSIDE Flapping wings and Body slamming @ Landing, Can I put Chicks in Coop Outside, Can they Climb ramp UP too Coop ? W/O or With Heat Lamp. in coop.

Anyone Put Chicks Out Like this ? In WA

I wouldn't put them out yet. Usually when i have chicks i drop the temperature a bout 10 degrees a week, 1st week 90 degrees, 2nd week 80 degrees and so on. So depending on the temperature in side the coop you could put them out in a couple weeks.

they have been out, bout a week now. Ceramic wall heater down to 50. we open coop in am, they can go in or out as wanted... have #10 now = 9 Female ( 5 EE 2 mix RR and of course 2 NN ) and just the One NN Cockerel. we took the 2 other cockerels to Auction.
