...from the washing machine.

Ok, so there was a plug somewhere earlier in the week. My washing machine in the mud room up against the wall that goes to the small bathroom off the kitchen....came up out my shower and flooded the bathroom.

I used most of my towels to sop up the mess.

Plumber came and snaked it out...

So today I get to catching up on laundry.

My dog is looking at me wierd...like that, "I've been naughty" cower.

So I come out of the office to find water spilling into the kitchen from the mud room and also going under the wall into my bathroom.

The plumber forgot to put the drain hose back into the drain.

I was running an extra large load of laundry.

I had very few towels left to sop up the mess...I have used two comforters and it still isn't enough...I have to wait for the cycle to finish now...so i can whirl the wet towels...stick them in the dryer...so I can sop up more water.

I do have a wet dry vac out in the garage but I have NOOO idea where my husband put the attachments???

waaaaaaaaaaa!

am i done? nope....waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

me,
g

When it rains it pours. A few years ago in our old house we had the line to the washing machine freeze and break. It flooded the whole room and then froze the water. We put heaters in there to help dry it up and the walls molded.

Laundry is the root of all evil.

Well except for the evils that result from *not* doing laundry
