I have a nutty 7 wk. old Houdan pullet who's behavior is absolutely perplexing me. She is, for no apparent reason, trying to attack my huge, 5 pound, 3-month-old Cornish meat cockerels (who are MEAN). Despite the fact that not only are they huge, she is also super under-sized (looks like a 4 week old), she keeps going after them claws-first! I don't know why she is doing it, because I have had to intervene twice after they decided that squishing her was a nice solution! Someone have an answer? Thanks!

Well, I bought her as a pullet, and while I had suspicions because her tail is huge (not puffy, just really long and upwards pointing) I posted a picture on here and was told once again it was a she. So yes, reasonably. But her waddles, while very very tiny, are just beginning to grow out and are looking pretty red, so...

I hope it isn't a roo. I already have two that I'm keeping!
