Waddle looks like a balloon

I have a guiena its has a waddle on one side that looks like an air filled balloon. I am very new to having guiena's. Do I need to anything for it? I saw some post that antibotics were given.

sounds like bloat or something..., though I've never heard of it in birds. Do you have a picture?
