Waiting for mailed eggs

My eggs were supposed to be delivered today, but my post office says that they will get no more shipments today. So I think my poor babies will be sitting a on a truck somewhere till monday. I hope they are not dead, it's in the 30's here. WWWAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Gosh does this burn me up and make me cry at the same time. I hope they will be ok!!

Now that's a bummer! Make sure they have your phone number, in case the find the package sitting somewhere. I though most mail kept moving on the weekends? Maybe not.

Good luck, if they're well packaged they should be fine.

I will have a goodly number of packages sent out to me next Tuesday....

First class mail is still delivered to post offices on Sunday, it's just not put up. Not sure about priority. Maybe ask your postmaster if he/she can check tomorrow? Give them free (eating) eggs?

LOL I already did. She says that they do not get any shipments on Saturday. Only Mon-Fri. We are in a "Blink and you've missed it" town. I did call and give her my phone number and she said that they are sitting in the Quad cities till Mon. Boy does this suck!!!!!!!
