Waiting impatiently for my babies...

Yes, that's quite possible.
Adorable! Ugh, mine are coming from Metzer next week, and I only ordered 3. Getting increasingly nervous, but we will see.
In my opinion, I wouldn't buy ducklings from hatcheries because they can DIE, get too STRESSED, or get INJURED. Instead, I would either INCUBATE some duck eggs ( you can buy fertile eggs from hatcheries or Craigslist) or I would BUY ducklings or ducks from my local Craigslist. When buying from Craigslist, you have the OPTIONS of buying a certain gender, laying or not, young or old, and a lot more choices. If you will need a incubator Harris Farms Nurture Right 360 is an excellent choice( I have it and it works GREAT and it's very EASY to use).

Hopefully everything will go fine! Keeping fingers crossed for you and also for my replacements. :) They did come with a heat pack in the box and I had 10 (actually 12 with the extras) ducklings, so I'm assuming shipments of just a few will have extra heat packs to make up the difference.

Eh. I'm not fond of Craigslist and don't use it. To each their own.

I’m getting a new duck Rouen female off Craigslist. Hope all will go well. Laying just under a year. Also looking at another persons from Craigslist have Indian runner blue Swedish Cayuga and saxony. Hope that person is not too far away and answers soon. Cheap $10.00. 🤞healthy as reported. So excited 😆 I may have to use my chicken feed till my duck feed comes? I’ll add niacin.

I’m getting housing ready right now. I’m so excited.

Yay! That is so exciting! Post pictures if you can.

There she is. Hope to get a few more from another owner soon. So cute! :)

Turns out that I'm getting a refund rather than replacements, but I'm cool with that. It didn't seem economical for them to replace just a couple of ducklings and I'm going to see about sourcing a few more locally later. They refunded me more than I paid for them, so that's totally cool with me. :D
