Waiting on seramas-I have babies-Pics

I have babies, this am I had 2 that had just hatched and I came home from work and I had 3 more.

Looks like there are a few more pipping so am hoping by the am I will have a few more. These guys are so slow at hatching I think my fastest hatcher from seramas so far has been maybe 5 hours Yes I will get pics.

I am curious to see what Serama babies look like and what kind of colors you will get? I have Serama eggs coming, is there anything you would recommend to help increase the hatch rate?

Here are the pics I had 6 hatch the biggest one is chocolate colored, no blacks yipee. The smallest one has like an enlarged eye or something but is eating and acting ok. so hopefully he will grow out of it

Hopefully I can get some next week that are better pics, gotta get ready for the dog show this wknd.

I don't know, but the wee one with the swollen eye might need a little help. I posted this on another thread the other day:

"Are you sure there isn't more than just eyes inside of the little chicks head? It looks bigger than that to me. luvmychickenkids posted a question several months ago about a chick with a swollen head and thought it might be hydrocephalic. dlhunicorn posted a reply with a suggestion involving vitamine E, polyvisol enfamil, and wheatgerm oil (the oil, not just germ), that seemed to help."
