You could try water-candling the last two, if you're SURE there are no external pips or cracks in the shell.

Can you make a safety hole? That can help. I did that with one that wasn't internally pipped.

I made a hole, both were shrink wrapped, no blood, just suffocated. One chirped yesterday. I have a new incubator I will be using from now on so hopefully I won't have the same issues. It's so sad.
