Marzipan reached the wounded Moose, It had completely stopped now to try to deal with Sliver. Marzipan wasted no time in preventing his new friend from an antler injury. He lept on the Mouses back piercing it's neck flesh with his pearly white fangs. The Moose Bucked sending Marzipan into the air, thankfully he landed safely. This now left the Mouse open to attack from Silver.

Silver looked at Marzipan scared, then looked at the moose. She jumped at it and then it kicked her. She hit the ground with a thud, landing on her side
 
Marzipan couldn't believe he would go without a healer. He pressed on Slivers chest and stomach until he found the point of impact. He gentle picked her up from the scruff as if she where a mere pup. He pulled her over to a protected covering of berry bushes.
He knew these berries, he quickly rubbed some oh Silvers dry lips and nose hoping for a response.

Silvers eyes slowly opened. She looked up at Marzipan. Her breaths hit hard, as everytime she took a breath, her ribs hurt worse and worse
 
Marzipan held her face with his warm paws. He would run back but it was to far to leave her here so long. He rested his head on her neck, being careful not to put pressure on her chest, he then put is arm on her shoulder and sat with her all night, protecting her from any danger that came to them over the night.

Silver quickly fell asleep. She breathed hard threw out the night
