Koa was mumbling something as she was looking through the herbs. "No, no, no, no, nope, not even close, uh-uh, not going to work, ugh com-ON wher- AHA! You beauty!" Koa exclaimed. "Here Genba. Eat this. It should help with the bleeding. Make sure you squeeze all the juices out of it," said Koa, handing him the herb.

Winter whimpered she knew what he meant and she didn't like it she hated death it was a horrible horrible thing she couldn't fully understand.

Koa sighed with her eyes turned toward the ceiling of the den in annoyance. Then she walked up to Genba, shoved the herb in his mouth, and used her paws to help him chew. "Get me more cobwebs and some rosemary," she commanded.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" shouted Koa. She pressed her paws against him and began to look him in the eyes. She was panting. She could feel her energy flow into Genba. She commanded her body, whatever it was doing, to give him blood, and strength. She was slowly healing him.

Winter whinnied hot tears streaming down her face. She stood up holding the flower and went outside the den and was surprised to see the puppy she quickly pulled it in the den the best she could and wrapped her small body around it.
