after some time hunting and no luck, the two wolves decide to split up.
"we might have better luck that way" Ice said. "and we'll meet back at the packlands at mid-day."
"Right" Kisha agreed, and they headed off in two different directions.

Hollyleap was sitting by the fresh kill pile, carefully taking the pelts from the prey, dipping it to clean it in the creek, then setting it on a rock, where the sun was drying it. She'd been at it all night.

Yuki begun grooming Crimson looking arounf for Hollyleaf.

It wasn't long before mid-day came, and she was on her way back when she discovered the prey she wanted. killing it, she hauled the young buck by the back of the neck back to the woods near the packlands. she found Kisha, with two rabbits in her mouth, carrying them by the ears.
"wow, you did good" kisha said, looking at Ice's catch. Kisha laid the rabbits on the dead buck's side, and together they dragged the lot into the packland to the fresh meat pile where Hollyleap was.
