"Worthless!" was all Jenny heard as she ran from her family. She kept running, scared and sad. She was tired, but still ran, until she collapsed, on another wolf's territory. No, not one wolf, a whole pack! she thought in terror, pulling herself to a bush. She hid under the bush, terrified. This pack could kill me. I'm on their land. What if my family finds me? They could kill me. A loner or rouge? she thought, shivering.

Pine ran after Yuki. "No, wait! I'm sorry!" he yelped after her.
