April laughed.  The first time in moons.  "Easy there"

" I'll go hide and you come and get me! Start counting!" She said and scurried off so where to hide. She hid between some dens, and wedged herself in between them. There was a little opening to the woods, where she could escape if nescary.

She nodded and started counting. "Ready or not" she started, sniffing her out.

Emerald giggled but quieted, realizing she was going to find her very quickly.

She stuck her muzzle where Emerald was hiding. "Gotcha"

Emerald growled playfully." Ok, ok, you won." She said wedging herself out.

April chuckled, ignoring the wolves looking down on her and growling at her softly.

 

[Metalstrike]

Emerald looked at the wolves, scared now, but was angry they were growling at her friend. She jumped in between her and the wolves." Go away! She is my friend!" She said trying to look threatening but failed at her cutness.
