Walk me through keeping quail for meat........

Hmmmm ok off to find a broody hen that nobody else wants.....lol

I still want to raise the eggs from my stock.....will have to go out and buy some of that stock next week.

Would it be best to have a pen just for her and the new brood?

Will hardware wire be small enough to keep the little quail chicks from falling out?
