Walking funny

My alpha hen pepper (black and white) is usually the first to lead the pack and runs everywhere she is fast for her size lol the last couple days she has been walking very slow and staying low to ground and keeps tucking her tail feathers under herself i wonder why she does that

Is she laying daily?/or close to it?
Have you checked her feet for bumble foot?

Yes she lays.. these chickens r 3 years old
One of my red rangers not pictured has it but i havnt seen anything on pepper

She might be egg bound. Does it seem like she's waddling like a penguin? If she is egg bound it will need to be treated asap.

How does her butt/vent look?


I do not know what could be going on...
First thing that comes to mind is egg bound, but IDK.

At that age, it also could be a sign of internal laying or egg yolk peritonitis. They have similar signs to egg binding, and are the most common reason for hen death. Is she laying eggs or having any odd eggs? Here are a couple of short articles about egg yolk peritonitis:
