Walnuts?

I made some pumpkin bread (homemade, unbleached flour) that has walnuts in it. Is this OK to give to chickens?

It won't hurt them. We have walnut trees everywhere and they do get opened up by the squirrels. chickens free range and we have had no problems. Either it doesn't hurt them or they don't eat them. Lots of things on the farm that could hurt the chickens that they just do not eat or else eat in such small amounts that it doesn't hurt them.
