Wanna Free Range My Roo's, But---

I have a BIG tom cat who I think could take my BR roo chicks but he never bothers them. I guess he thinks it would be too much work. My BR chicks are about 13 to 16 wks old I think and they are getting pretty big. I only let them out when I am home though. I would never leave them out at night. Your cat may not kill them but you will be surprised at what wildlife will start coming into your yard with free ranging chickens available.
